Usually many of you have eat chat you is made of green pees and masala from the hotels,shops,fast food centers and or at home you prepared chat. But Bread chat is quite special and different from that noraml chat try this bread chat its simple and delicious.

 

Required Ingredients for Bread Chat:

  • Bread Packet                                                    1
  • Green Pees                                                         1/2 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes(Chopped)                              1 cup
  • Tomato                                                                1/2 cup
  • Onion Chopped                                                  1/2 cup
  • Coriander Leaves                                              1 bunch or some
  • Red Chili Powder                                                1/4 Tea spoon
  • Chat Masala                                                         1 tea Spoon
  • Salt                                                                         Enough For Taste
  • Tamarind Juice                                                  1 Tea spoon

Procedure for  Preparing Bread Chat  :

1) First of all boil(cook) the green pees in a cooker and add turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder, tamarind juice and mix all of them well.

2)Add enough water and cook for 15 mins (chat curry is ready)

3)Now in a bowl mix onions,tomatoes and coriander leaves(chopped).

4)Heat the pan pour oil and fry the bread pieces on both the sides until appears brownish color and crispy.

5)Now on these bread slices apply the chat curry and then spread onions, tomatoes and coriander that we have already mixed.

6)Finally sprinkle lemon juice and serve bread chat .
