Brinjal Chutney:

వంకాయ పచ్చడి:

1)Brinjals                   —–                          4

2)Tomatos                —–                           4

3)Green chillies       —–                            2

4)Salt                           —–                      enough  for taste

5)Tumeric powder       —-                         2 spoons

6)Mustard Seeds         —–                        little

7)cumin                          —–                    little

8)coriander leaves      —–                        little

9)curry leaves               —–                     little

10)tamarind                   ——                  -enough.

 

Procedure:

1)Clean brinjals and tomatoand cut them into pieces  keep them aside.

2)Take a pan and heat the oil fry curry leaves,fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds little bit .

3)Add brinjals,green chilies,tomatos and fry them for 10 minutes.

4)Check that they are not over cooked.

5)Soak tamarind in a cup of water

6)Now take grinder grind all these items green chilies,brinjals, tomato,tamarind guice into a fine paste.

7)Delicious brinjal chutney is ready to be served
