Brinjal Prawns Curry:
1)Brinjals — 500 gms
2)prawns — 200 gms
3)onions — 1 cup
4)Ginger & Garlic Paste —- 3 spoons
5)Tomatos — 3
6)Tamarind guice — 1/2(half) cup
7)Garam masala — 2 spoons
8)oil —— 8 spoons
9)corainder leaves, Tumeric powder little bit,salt,red chilli powder.(take sufficient to taste)
10)Dry Cocunut Powder —- 3 spoons.
1)Cut the tomatos into small pieces and grind them to a fine paste.
2)Take a bowl,heat the oil,and add the prones,salt,Tumeric powder,add little ginger and garlic and cover the bowl with a plate.
3)After 15 min get the bowl from stove (heat).
4)Take another bowl,add oil and onions, fry them upto golden brown color,then add remaining giner-garlic paste,now add chopped brinjals with some salt.
5)Cook these items for 10 mn and add prones,dry cocunut powder,tomato paste stir them once and add little water cover the lid
6)Once the curry gets gravy(semi-sloid state) add garam masala,chilli powder,corrainder leaves,curry leaves,then switch of the stove.
7)your mouth watering Brinjal-prones curry is ready just serve with rice or roti.
