Required Ingredients for Chicken Breast Recipe With Mushroom:

1)frozen chopped spinach                   —                         1 pack

2)Butter                                            —-                         2 table spoons

3)mushrooms                                    —–                       10 pieces

4)Ginger & garlic paste                       —–                        2 spoons

5)Salt and freshly ground black pepper                              1 table spoon

6)cheese                                           —–                        1 cup

7)grated Parmigiano                             —–                       1/2 cup

8)fresh grated nutmeg                          —-                        1/2 tea spoon

9)flour                                                  —–                       2 tablespoons

10)white wine                                      —–                         1/2 cup

11)chicken broth                                 ——                       1 cup

Procedure for preparing Chicken breast mushroom curry:

1)Place chicken  breasts in  a plastic food storage bag . Pound out  chicken from the center of the bag outward using a heavy-bottomed skillet or mallet, do it little firmly.

2)Defrost spinach in  microwave. Take  spinach to a kitchen towel and Twist towel around spinach and wring it out until very dry. Transfer to a medium-mixing bowl.

3)Place a nonstick skillet over low  heat. When skillet is little  hot, add butter,ginger and garlic paste, mushrooms, shallot. Season with salt and pepper and mix for 5 minutes. Transfer mushrooms, garlic and shallot to the food processor. Pulse to grind the mushrooms and transfer to the mixing bowl,  add  grated cheese to the bowl and the nutmeg. Stir to combine the stuffing.

4)Apply the stuffing  on each chicken  breast wrap and roll breast over the stuffing.

5)use the toothpicks to stuff better. Add 3 tablespoons oil to the pan,  add breasts to the pan and fry them till  brown appers  on all sides, cooking chicken 10 to 12 minutes.

6)The meat will cook quickly because it is thin, Remove breasts and add butter to the pan and flour.

7)Cook butter and flour for a minute, whisk in wine. Reduce heat and simmer until ready to serve. Remove toothpicks. Serve breasts whole or, remove from pan, slice on an angle and fan out on dinner plates.
