 Coriander Roti :

Ingredients Required for Coriander Roti:

1.) Chopped Corrainder – 1 Cup
2.) Corrainder Seeds – 2 Tea Spoons
3.) Jeera Powder – 2 Tea Spoons
4.) Tumeric Powder – 1/4 Tea Spoon
5.) Gramdal Powder – 1 Table Spoon
6.) Chopped Green Chilie – 1 Tea Spoon
7.) Salt – Enough To Taste

For Flour Mix:

1) Wheat Flour – 1 1/4 Cups
2.) Oil – 1/2 Tea Spoon
3.) Cooking Soda – 1 Tea Spoon

 

Procedure For Corainder Roti:

1.) Take a Bowl and add Wheat Flour,salt and add little water and make a solid mixture(To Prepare Roties).
2.) Now keep a lid on this wheat flour mixture(lumb)keep it aside for 10 mins.
3.) Now 1 spoon of Oil and mix well by hand pressing throughly.
4.) Make this into 6 round balls for to prepare roties.
5.) Take the rolling stick rolls the balls into roti’s.
6.) Now mix Chopped Corrainder,Jeera powder,Chopped Chilie,Salt with water.(this is your stuffing)
7.) keep this stuff in Roties and roll the Roties such that it cover all this stuff.
8.) Now again take the rolling stick rolls the balls into roti’s.

9.)Now heat the pan and roast the roti both the sides with oil.

Note :Corrainder Roti is ready to be served. Best served with Tomato Chutney. or you can try Brinjal Chutney
