Curry Leaves Chutney:

Curry leaves –                             1/2 cup
red chili –                                    7
Cumin seeds –                            1 tsp
Garlic –                                     4 pieces
Sliced Mango –                         1/4 cup
All spicies  -                              1 tsp
Oil –                                        2 Tsp
Salt –                                      disclosure(enough)



Curry leaves chutney making process:

1)Clean the curry leaves and palce them in a cloth and leave them aside.

2)Take a pan and heat the oil fry red chili and kepp them aside.

3)Add one spoon of oil and fry curry take garlic,salt,cumin and amke them fine powder by grinding them,add sliced mango and fried curry leaves and grind them.

4)Add one spoon oil and fry all the spices and add to the curry leaves paste.

Best to serve with rice
