  • Fish Pieces                                                                     1/2 kg
  • Green Chilies                                                             4
  • Ginger Chopped                                                      1 Tea spoon
  • Corainder Chopped                                             1 Tea spoon
  • Cheak Pea Flour                                                      2 Table spoons
  • Turmeric Powder                                                1 Tea spoon
  • Rice Flour                                                                      1 Table Spoon
  • Lemon Juice                                                               1 Tea spoon
  • Red Chili Powder                                                   1 Tea Spoon
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste                                             1 Tea Spoon
  • Salt                                                                                       Enough To Taste

 

Procedure To Prepare Fish Fry

1)First of all clean the fish and cut into pieces apply salt and turmeric powder to them.

2)Take a bowl take cheak pea folur,rice flour,chopped corainder leaves,ginger-garlic paste,red chili powder,little lemon juice and mix all of them as a lump.

3)Apply this mix to fish pieces fully.

4)Now take a pan heat oil and fry(roast) this fish pieces both sides(keep the flame low) untill thick brown color.
