Gongura Chutney(Mesta Chutney):

Ingriendts :

  1. Mesta –                                4 levees
  2. Red Chilies -                         12
  3. Mustard seeds –                  1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds –                     1 tsp
  5. Fenugreek seeds –              1 / 2 tsp
  6.  coriander seeds
  7. Oil –                                    disclosure(enough)
  8. Salt –                                  disclosure(”)



1)First of all clean the leaves thoroughly and leave them aside.

2)Take a pan heat the oil add red chilies fry them little bit and now add mustard, cumin, fenugreek and coriander fry them and  keep aside.

3)now in this pan add 1 spoon of oil and add mesta leaves and cook them.

4)Now take this leaves and red chilies,mustard,cumin fired spices into a grinder and grind them into a fine paste.

Thats it tasty gongura chutney is ready
