Kachori is the famous fast food item which is largely offered at northern part of India. This kachori recipe some what includes the taste of chat but making or preparation of kachori is quite simple know how we can do this
Required Ingredients For Kachori
- Flour (finely-milled wheat flour) 1 cup
- Green Gram (soaked) 1/2 cup
- Chick pea flour 1 cup
- Garam masala 1/4 cup
- Red Chili Powder 1/4 Tea spoon
- Salt Enough to taste
- Baking Powder 1/2 Tea spoon
- Oil 4 spoons
Procedure To Make Kachori :
1)First take flour,add salt and baking soda then add little water and mix them to make solid lump as we do for chapati or roti’s.
2)Grind the green gram into fine paste and fry it with little oil in a pan and add Chick pea flour ,garam masala,salt,red chili powder and cook it for 15 mins.
3)Keep it aside for 10 mins as it cools and after it is cooled and then after it is cooled make small balls.
4)Now take the flour lump and make small roti’s and keep the cooked green gram mixture and cover all over.
5)Now take a deep pan pour oil enough for deep fry and fry these balls until appears golden brown.
Thats it Kachori is ready, now take into a plate spread chooped onions,coriander leaves and lemon juice on them.
