1)For to cook the dal fast,add a small piece of coconut.

2)To avoid ripening of bitter guards,just break the bitter guards into two pieces.

3)When cooking any curry is the salt excels(over added) just cut the raw potato into 3 pieces and add to curry it sucks extra salt.

4)To keep coriander fresh cover with aluminium foil and keep it in freeze. It remains fresh for more days.

5) To remove the outer layer of badam(Almonds)  quickly. Soak them for 15 mins in hot water.

6) Keeping a small piece of  hing (asafoetida) in the same container will store chili powder for long time.

7)Keep aloe vera  gel in frizde and prepare cubes with that and apply this aloe vera ice cubes when your skin and eyes become dry.

11)Add a pinch of sugar while cooking any green leaf vegetables at your home . By doing this will help maintain the bright green color.

12)If you drop an egg on the floor by mistake,just  cover it with salt and leave it for a couple of minutes. Cleaning the mess will be easy with a paper towel.
