Requried Ingredients for Makai Roti :

1.)jower flour(Jonna pindi) – 1 Cup
2.)Fenugreek leaf(menthi aaku) – 4 Table Spoon
3.) Green chilie paste – 1 Tea Spun
4.) Oil – 2 Table Spun
5.) Salt – Enough To Taste

Procedure  for Makai Roti :

1.) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl,seperate the mixture into 4 parts.
2.) Prepare small small balls.
3.)Take the rolling stick rolls the balls into roti’s.
4.) Now heat the pan and roast the roti both the sides with oil.

Note : Makai Roti is ready to be served. Best served with Tomato Chutney.
