Oats Palao:

Required Ingredients:

1)Oats                                             —–            1 cup

2)Carrot  sliced                                 —–            2 spoons

3)Sliced Capsicum,sliced cabbage     ——           2 spoons

4)Onions,Green chillies                     ——           1 each

5)Sweet Corn                                    ——          4 spoons

6)Garam masala,chiili powder            ——           little bit.

7)salt                                               ——           1/2 tea spoon

8)Sliced corrainder leaves                  ——           2 spoons

9)Oil                                                ——           5 spoons

10)Water                                          ——          1 cup.


1)Take a bowl and heat the oil,then add onions,green chillies,capsicum,carrot,sweet corn,cabbage,and fry them add little salt.

2)After frying them for 10 min add 1 cup of water,salt,garam masala,chilli powder.

3)keep it untill water gets boiled then add oats and mix it throughly.

4)Keep the flame at low and cook it for 5 min and then off the stove(heat) palce corrainder leaves for flavour.

Delicous Oats Palao is ready to Serve good for health.
