Pav Bhaji :
The most asked favorite snack item Pav Bhaji is usually a hurried meal for the man in the street. This is a spicy blend of vegetables in tomato gravy served with pav that is cooked with differernt combinations of vegetables which brings lot of tatse mainly found in mumbai streets
Required Inredients for Pav Bhaji :
Bread Pav 8
Coriander seeds powder 3 tea spoons
Grated Carrot 1/2 cup
Red Chili 2 tea spoons
Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
Salt enough to taste
Cheese 2 tea spoons
Oil 2 tea spoons
Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tea spoons
Procedure For Pav Bhaji:
1)Chop the onions fine.
2)Take a pan and fry these onions with oil until appears brown
3)Now add tomatoes,carrot,ginger-garlic paste,salt,red chili powder,coriander powder and pav masala saute (stir)them well.
4)Now add the crushed boiled potatoes(boil potatoes and peel out skin and make them crush)
5)Cook it for 15 mins,add coriander leaves,and get this down from flame and add lemon juice.
6)Cut the bread pav in middle apply cheese and roast them on pan both sides little bit,now apply curry we made as we do for sandwich.
