Pudina Onion Roti :

 

pudina onion roti,	 rice bread,pyaz ki sabji

 

Required Ingredients for Pudina Onion Roti:

1.) jowar flour Р2  Cups
2.)Ghee – 1 Tea Spun
3.)Chopped Onion – 1 1/2 Cup
4.)Greeen Chilies – 2
5.)Pudina Leaves – 1/4 Cup(Small Bunch)
6.)Cheese – 1 Tea Spun
7.)Salt – Enough To Taste

Procedure for Pudina Onion Roti :

1.) Take a bowl,add the flour,salt,chopped onion,green chilies,pudina
leaves and ghee mix them all.
2.) By adding little water at regular intervals prepared a solid
mixture so that we can prepare roti’s.
3.) Seperate the mixture into round balls.
4.) Take the rolling stick rolls the balls into roti’s.
5.) Now heat the pan and roast the roti both the sides with oil.

Note :

Pudina Onion Roti is ready to be served. Best served with Tomato
Chutney.
