Required Ingredients For Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

1) pumpkin seeds                       1 cup

2) Salt                                              1 1/2 tsp unrefined

3) Egg (white)                                  1

4) Butter                                           2 tbsp

5) Red chili powder                    1 tbsp

Procedure For Roasted Pumkin Seeds:

1)First of all Clean the pumpkin seeds and keep them aside and after 5 mins cover them in warm water plus one teaspoon unrefined sea salt for 18 to 24 hours.

2)After they’ve soaked for up to 24 hours, pour all the water away from them, drain them and pat them dry.

3) Whisk the white of one egg and one-half teaspoon unrefined sea salt together , then stir in two tablespoons melted butter and add 1 tablespoon of chili powder.

4)Now add pumpkin seeds in the mixture of egg white, salt, butter and spices until all the seeds are thoroughly coated.

5)Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pumpkin seeds in a single layer.

6)Now Bake in an oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 10 mins, stirring about half-way through….
