Required Ingredients:

Mushroom’s –                      200gms

Chopped Onion –                 1

Tomatoes Chopped              2

Red Chillies                         2

Pepper Powder –                 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder –               little

Corriander Powder –            2 tsp

Curry Leaves –                   A bunch

Corriander Leaves               One Bunch

Mustard seeds                   1/2 tsp

Saunf /Sombu –                  1/4 tsp

Oil –                                    2 Spoons

ginger & garlic paste            1 spoon

procedure:

1. Wash the Mushroom’s and keep them aside until they get dry.

2. Take a Pan and heat the oil and add Mustard seeds, when it pop’s, add Saunf , red chilies,ginger garlic paste fry them till rawness goes away.

3. Add Onion’s and tomatoes and fry them.

4. Add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander powder and Pepper Powder and mix them well.

5. Add the Mushroom’s, and add masala.cook for 5 mins add Curry leaves and Leave the pan in slow flame, till the oil separate’s from
the masala.

Tasty spicy mushroom masala curry is ready to be served.
